Yeah..It's the year of the snake & time to indulge in all the feasting & gathering (a time where all the us will sit down together to eat & yak non stop).
Reunion dinner was the part we looked forward to & we were able to feast on sumptuous food. I did not manage to take a decent pic of all the food as everyone was so hungry.
The children loved dressing up in their new clothes & shoes :)
At my in-law's place, they had this tradition whereby the children & grandchildren had to kneel down with mandarin oranges & said their Chinese New Year greetings to the parents / grandparents.
It was my 1st time to see such a gigantic mandarin orange, quite cute!
YS dabbled in a bit of gambling fun & we told him he was only allowed to play during Chinese New Year season.
Cousins played together in harmony *bliss*
