Legoland - Minifigures Swap Craze Is On...

Hooray! We managed to visit Legoland during the school  holiday in March recently & the children had so much fun. We were there slightly before 10am & a lot of people had started queuing up to enter the premises. Guess who came out to welcome all of us at the entrance of  Legoland?

The children were anxious to dash in together with the crowds too!

Just a small suggestion to bring these along for your own convenience :)
Of course bring along money if you love to do some shopping at the various shops located in various parts of Legoland or dine at their F&B outlets for a sumptuous meal. For families with small kids, you can rent a single or double stroller at "The Beginning" on a first-come, first-served basis.

Of course, do remember to take a copy of the park map & guide so that you will have a better idea where to start your adventure for the day.

Legoland is divided into 7 themed areas (The beginning, Miniland, Lego City, Land of Adventure, Imagination, Lego Kingdoms & Lego Technic) which comprised of 40 interactive rides. Here are some of my children's favourite rides of the day and all the rides have minimum height requirements.

Lego City: Junior Driving School & Driving School

Lego City: Legoland Express

Lego City: Lego City Airport

Land of Adventure: Lost Kingdom Adventure

Lego Kingdom: Royal Joust

Imagination: Studios 4D

Lego Technic: Project X

Miniland

When the sky started to drizzle, we went to the Lego Academy to hide from the rain & started our own creation by building things with Lego bricks :)

The highlight of the month is the minifigure swap event. You can bring your own minifigure to Legoland and swap with any Model Citizens (Legoland Staff) who wear the figurines on their name badges. Otherwise, you can purchase a kid's meal from the F&B outlets & redemn a minifigure with the voucher issued.

The children had so much fun choosing the clothings, facial expressions to create their own minifigure.
Our minifigures consist of a judge, a red Indian man & a bikini babe :)

Of course, we left the place near closing time & the children were asking me when they can come back again :)

On our way out, we saw the construction of Legoland Hotel *yeah*!
