Being a Mom on Mother's Day!

Mother's Day is not a day whereby I am to get special entitlement from being excused to do all the housework. Its a day for me to remember that I have given birth to 3 children. For the past 7 seven years they have brought joy & tears into my life & its also a day for some self-reflection. I'm far from being perfect but everyday I need to remind myself to be grateful to them for giving me a chance to be their mother for life.

Felt so loved when YQ wrote such a sweet note on the Mother's Day craft work.

Picnic at East Coast beach on a Sunday morning, what a nice weather!

I bought a durian cake from emicakes to celebrate during our picnic. 

Although its expensive but its worth to indulge once in a while.

YQ looked so happy.

 Its a day to get messy & dirty...

Maybe we should do this more often? er..maybe lah..
