[Review] Vita Ying Yang

For people who often consume Chinese medicine will definitely know about the "winter worm, summer grass" (冬蟲夏草), it is also known also as Cordyceps, it is a composite herb of the stroma of the fungus and its host, the dead caterpillar (Fam. Hepialidae). It is suppose to act as the health enhancer for kidneys, lung and immune functions. 

I decided to let my hubby try out Vita Ying Yang to build up his immune system, hopefully he won't fall sick so easily. Every morning, I will give him a capsule before he goes to work. So far, no complaints from him :)

In fact, prior from getting this product (Vita Ying Yang), I have been giving my youngest son a small dosage of Cordyceps daily to build up his immune system and so far he seems to be taking it well and seldom falls sick. Of course certain tonics have to consume over a period of time to see the effects and benefits.

The Cordyceps comes in capsules form and each pack of capsules are sealed individually.
