In this era, I think its quite common for parents to start searching for holiday camps months or even weeks before the actual school holiday starts. There are so many types of holiday camps available in Singapore and we are spoilt for choices.
We wanted to find a camp that can help to enhance their knowledge and creativity. Most importantly they can use the skills learnt and apply in their lives. I am glad that the kind folks from The Keys Edge is going to sponsor both of my Primary School going kids to attend their June holiday camp.

The kids are excited about the upcoming 5 days holiday camp and each of them has chosen their preferred camps (based on their interests) available at The Keys Edge. YS is interested in the Silicon Valley 101 camp & YQ is interested in the CSI: Murderer Mystery camp. Look out for my review after they have attended the camp :)
There are 6 different camps suitable for children aged from 6 to 12 years old. It is a 5 days camp (from 9am to 2pm) with lunch provided. The location is easily accessible as they are located near City Hall. Currently there will be 9 weeks of camps starting from 30-May 2016 till August 2016.
CSI: MURDERER MYSTERY (AGES 10-12)
For kids who love to solve murder mystery, they are able to solve the mystery using mathematics and science. After that, they will learn the communication skills to present their case in front of a grand jury.
MARS ROBOT CHALLENGE (AGES 9-12)
Using logic and programming skills to rebuild their Martian Lander and survive the next storm. Kids will learn basic block programming using Lego robotics, and will also get an introduction to ethics philosophy.
SILICON VALLEY 101 (AGES 8-10)
Budding entrepreneurs who are interested in 3D printing will get to learn how to design and market their products to consumers.
TECH STAR JR (AGES 6-8)
Kids will learn programming basics with MIT Media Lab's software Scratch and the creative writing skills to create animated stories.
DESIGN INNOVATION (AGES 6-8)
Kids build their creative confidence by prototyping solutions in building and programming robots, microcontrollers and smart phones.
MINI MBA (AGES 9-11)
Students will learn how to write up a business plan for a niche market that they can spot in Singapore and present that to a panel of judges.
