Ergospine Ergonomic Chair from Primero

Our spine is a very important and we need to take good care because all our body nerves and the spinal cord is protected by the spine. Which explains why chiropractic practice in Singapore is getting more and more popular because taking good care of our spine really lessen some problems such as a backache, headache, migraine and etc. Incorrect posture while standing or sitting down will also affect our spine in the long run. 

As for me, I can sit up to a few hours in the office on days when I do not have an appointment with clients. I realised that my back tends to be sore when I slouched for a long period of time. Thanks to Primero, they delivered a customizable ErgoSpine Ergonomic office chair to me. 

About Primero

Primero was founded by Jonah & Jordan in the beginning of 2016. The chair comes in various colours and fabrics (mesh / PU Leather) but I decided to go for the classic Black PU Leather for easy maintenance.

Consumers can choose between chrome armrests or adjustable armrests. I chose the adjustable type so that I can adjust according to my desired height to rest my arms.

The headrest can be pulled down by turning into the lumbar support pad by providing back support for our lower spine area.
